Membership Types

City Members

Shall have the right to vote and propose motions at the General Assembly of Members, as well as the priority right to participate in alliance projects.

Institutional Members

Composed of intergovernmental organizations, international non-governmental organizations, universities, research institutions, etc., they have the right to participate in the alliance and discussions.

Corporate Members

Composed of enterprises and technical institutions in the field of digital economy, they can participate in joint project development, technology export, and knowledge product development.

Academic Members

Composed of academic experts or senior industry professionals recommended and appointed by the Council, they participate in work such as standard formulation, case evaluation, and capacity building, providing support for the development of the alliance.

Membership Process

Submit Application

Submit the Member Intent Form via the Alliance's official website, attach a three-year cooperation plan, and clarify the member development path.

Review and Signing

Joint Review by the Secretariat and the Technical Committee (15 working days); Sign the Memorandum of Cooperation to officially become a member (with a 2-year term of validity, renewable), and launch the cooperation journey.
