International Digital Economy Governance and Leadership Capacity-Building Program
Building practical competencies in cross-border digital policy-making and execution, bridge the gap between public governance and private innovation and cultivating core digital talent with global industry foresight.

About the Program
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the global digital economy, the challenges faced by emerging market countries such as outdated infrastructure and inadequate policy frameworks are becoming increasingly prominent. "The International Digital Economy Talent Training Program" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is jointly launched by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the Global Digital Economy Cities Alliance (DEC40), and is fully designed and implemented by UNITAR affiliated Global SDGs and Leadership Development Center(GSLDC).
The program aims to provide digital economy policy and governance capacity building for government officials (division level and above) and enterprise executives (CTO/CEO) through a blended learning approach of online theoretical courses, onsite workshops, and practical projects, promoting cross-border cooperation and narrowing the digital divide.
